Terms of Service
Quote estimates require approval before scheduling. Scope changes after approval must be confirmed in writing. Customer responsibility includes providing accurate access information, marina permissions, and timely payment per agreed terms.
Weather and Rescheduling
If weather conditions prevent safe or effective completion of the agreed service, Dockline will notify the customer before arriving and reschedule within a reasonable window. Rescheduling windows and customer notification timelines to be confirmed before launch.
Photo Documentation
Before and after photos are taken on every completed job. Photos may be used for portfolio, marketing, and documentation purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
SMS and Email Consent
By submitting a quote request or contact form, you consent to receive SMS or email communication related to your request — including estimate follow-up, scheduling confirmation, completion notes, review requests, and maintenance offers. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out.
Payment and Deposits
Payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation rules, and refund policies will be outlined in the estimate and confirmed before scheduling. Final payment terms to be confirmed before launch.
Service Limitations
Some stains, oxidation, mildew, water spots, upholstery damage, or surface issues may require specialty correction or may not fully resolve with standard cleaning. Any concerns identified during the quote review will be communicated before the estimate is finalized.
Marina and Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information, including marina rules, gate codes, slip numbers, lift status, and any permissions required by the marina. Dockline is not responsible for access failures resulting from inaccurate or missing customer-provided information.
